Personally, I would be ashamed to have my name on this book. Just like the other book I bought by the same author, this one is full of errors, missing words and absolutely stupid choices in many of the multiple choice questions. I don't think anyone edited or proofread this nonsense. The price is outrageous for such poor quality of content. I can see why the author had to publish these herself; no self-respecting publisher would touch them.Product details

This book may be helpful. I found too many errors as I worked. I am preparing to write the PCT exam...
I studied this book but it doesn't cover all of the material. I had to reference my old EKG books and Phlebotomy Books from when I took the class. Also there are a lot of error, repeat questions and misspelled words. I just like to test myself that is why I bought this book. I took the test before and passed. I just need to recertify again.
